What are the delivery charges for tickets purchased online?

Tickets purchased online are despatched via Royal Mail ‘first class signed for’ at a cost of £2.50 per order.

What payment methods are accepted online?

Methods of payment accepted are PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Credit Card & Apple Pay.

How long will delivery take?

Usually orders are dispatched the next working day. Please allow seven days before contacting the Range.

Do you offer Food?

We are a Bar and Music Venue offering freshly made Cobs & Bar snacks only.

You can contact ‘Old Wood Farm Kitchen & Steakhouse’ next door to the Bar, should you wish to dine prior to attending one of our nights (Please link to their website on our main page for direct contact details).

Collecting tickets?

Tickets selected as ‘Collect on night’ can be collected from the Range Bar beforehand, during usual opening hours.

If for any reason tickets have not been collected in person, they will ‘automatically’ be put on the door, on the night. Please remember to have a copy of your completed order confirmation to hand to quote at the Bar or to door Security.

Are children allowed?

During the week & before 7pm on a Friday & Saturday we do welcome families with children, however after 7pm on a Friday & Saturday night it’s over 18’s only, All staff follow a challenge 21 policy.

Can I get a refund for my purchased tickets?

When purchased, tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be transferred or exchanged unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or details of the event are significantly changed after an order has been placed (significant changes being a change of headline act).

Can we reserve tables?

Unfortunately we cannot reserve tables or seats, they are available on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

Do you offer group discounts?

Most of our nights are primarily made up of groups, so there are no concessions for group bookings.
